Veggies

We specialize in heirloom vegetables and unique varieties. Typically we harvest tomatoes, carrots, beets, beans, peas, squash, cucumbers, turnips, corn, and a variety of melons and salad greens.

Fruit

Fruit (not including tomatoes and melons) can take a while to reach maturity. We have a variety of fruit trees planted and are putting in strawberries, blueberries and brambles of raspberries. We don’t expect much out of our orchard this year but look for an increasing amount of fruit in years to come.

Preserved Food

When our harvest bins are overflowing, we hit the kitchen to preserve the bounty of summer for meals all year long. Whether that’s making pickles, relish, or tomato sauce, we love it all and have developed a list of cherished recipes throughout the years. We look forward to sharing these preserves with you as the summer turns to fall.
