We are sorry to report that due to limited family availability and county permitting issues, we are not renting our facility at this point.

The Deal

The granary at Chatanika Farms has been lightly used in the last 20 years. We have scaled back our farming operation significantly, but still use part of the building for grain storage. In 2013, when our son, Wesley, was planning his wedding, he came to us with a proposal - spend the money he and his fiancé had set aside on a wedding venue on renovations to our granary (along with countless hours of work). We agreed and set out to fix up our old granary. The granary is still a little rough around the edges, and currently lacks restrooms or a prep kitchen.

Restrooms - There are currently no working toilets on the property. We are working on adding some for Summer 2018.
