Thursday

Our big day! We are having a small, private ceremony at an old Summer camp in the foothills of the cascades.

Friday

We will travel from our Summer camp getaway back to the city to help ferry friends and family from the airport. By the evening, everyone will be ready for a drink! We plan on meeting in the tap room (basement) of East Burn at 8pm - 1800 E Burnside St, Portland, OR.

Saturday

The day of our reception! Please keep in mind that we are planning this as more of a summer event instead of the traditional wedding reception - there are no sappy speeches or first dances planned, only games, music and socializing.

Before 4pm: We encourage folks who plan to camp to arrive before 4 in order to get your site in order. However, all are welcome prior to 4, feel free to pack a picnic, visit Perryhill farms for fresh fruit, or take a walk to the monastery.

4pm: FRESH the food truck and the Taco cart will begin serving food. Please remember to fill out the RSVP before July 12th so that we can make sure there is enough food for everyone.

We will have billiards, ping pong, foosball, darts, Just Dance, and other games inside the warehouse, along with plenty of seating and drinks.

6pm: If there is enough interest in playing kickball, we will start a short kickball tournament. Length of tournament TBD.

7pm: Ice cream sandwiches and pie will be served.

8pm: As people begin to transition inside we will start the dance party. For those of us who wish to avoid the dance floor, a bon fire will be started by the river, next to the camping area. Chinese lanterns will light the way between the two locations if you wish to split your time.

Sunday

We have arranged for a school bus to pick us up from McMinnville at noon and take us on a self-guided tour of Yamhill County wineries. To save a spot on the bus, indicate on the RSVP that you are interested in going wine tasting. The bus will drop us off at the same location as pickup at 4pm.
